In additional to supporting the achievement of the countries programs such as EDPRS II targets, the primary objectives of the stakeholder consultation   and Row Lock Bond (RLB) Technology Boot Camp course for Architects, Engineers and Developers at Virunga cluster zone are to:

• Exchange with PROECCO Virunga cluster stakeholders on clay substandard brick production draft phasing out strategy,
• Enable the Secondary cities and Districts One Stop Center inspectors and technicians to better understand the RLB technology and be able to issue the construction permit and follow the construction projects;
• Support the transformation neighborhood/urbanization into planned through the introduction of a competent workforce;
• Support the anticipated growth of the local construction sector;
